The “Tantas cosas que contar” tour continues to expand across South America, marking the return of vocalist Amaia Montero, who has rejoined the original lineup for the first time in 18 years. The tour, which launched in Bilbao in May 2026, is set to conclude in Madrid on 30 December 2026. In Argentina, high demand has led to the addition of a third concert date in Buenos Aires. The Santiago, Chile, leg includes a fourth concert added for 30 March 2027 following rapid sales for the initial dates. During the Spanish leg of the tour, the band performed two sold-out concerts for 15,000 fans at the Roig Arena in Valencia. The setlist focused on the band’s early era, featuring hits from albums such as ‘Dile al sol’ and ‘El viaje de Copperpot’. Montero, who made an entrance via an elevating platform, engaged with the crowd despite recent social media scrutiny regarding her vocal performance. Regarding the reunion, Montero has described her return to the band as a form of therapy, stating that reuniting with her musical colleagues has been her ‘best cure’ following a period of illness and personal hardship. As she celebrates her 50th birthday, Montero has expressed a sense of personal peace and maturity, noting she would not trade her current perspective for the insecurities of her youth. The tour has already seen significant success, with over 400,000 tickets sold in Spain during 2026.
