Ladies Libertas Livorno is preparing for the upcoming Serie A1 women’s basketball season. The club has officially launched its 2026/27 season, marking a historic milestone as it makes its debut in Serie A1, the highest tier of Italian women's basketball. During a seasonal gathering at the Club House Livorno Rugby, President Giuseppe Masciari, Sporting Director Carlo Audino, and the technical staff met with the roster. The current squad includes Italian players Giorgia Poggio, Giorgia Sammartini, Giulia Natali, Caterina Gilli, Laura Toffali, and Nancy N’Guessan, alongside Hungarian player Vivien Borondy. International players Adrianna Smith, Qadashah Hoppie, and Jodie Cornelie are expected to join shortly. The team is led by head coach Luca Andreoli, supported by assistant coaches Jazmon Gwathmey, Luca Bacci, and Alberto Ramagli.
