The group has signed a contract to acquire 100% of the capital of Corporate Investment Holding (CIH), the parent company of the laboratory Polymedic, and has formally notified the Competition Council of this project. This acquisition aims to maximize synergies across product portfolios, distribution channels, and industrial and logistical capacities, following previous acquisitions such as Amanys Pharma, Botanic Pharma, and the Swiss multinational Rivopharm. Following these expansion efforts, Laprophan received approval from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. Valued at up to The operation, which can reach a maximum of 2.22 billion dirhams, the IPO is scheduled for subscription from November 9 to November 17, 2026. The IPO consists of a capital increase of approximately 1.4 billion dirhams and the sale of 2,412,200 existing shares held by MC IV Pharma and MC IV Morocco, valued at up to 822.56 million dirhams. Upon completion, the public shares will represent 37.64% of Laprophan’s capital and voting rights. The subscription price is set at 341 dirhams per share. The group intends to use the proceeds to strengthen its financial structure, support industrial development, and fund further external growth.
