Evidence presented included messages containing suicide implications, wills, and photos of animal carcasses. The court found the frequency and content of her messages exceeded any justifiable reason. While the defendant has announced plans to appeal and is pursuing a civil lawsuit for approximately 200 million won in damages, Sam Company stated they intend to pursue further legal action regarding the spread of false information and maliciously edited recordings. The agency emphasized that stalking behavior that “threatens lives cannot be justified.”
