The dispute stems from a general power of attorney fees. issued by Salah to Faragallah on July 20, 2012, which the lawyer claims remained valid until their professional relationship ended in August 2025. On September 6, 2026, Salah failed to appear at the scheduled hearing. The court had ordered his personal attendance to formally deny the claims of work performed and the existence of outstanding financial liabilities.
