While several charges were secured, the judge dismissed two charges due to jurisdictional doubts and reasonable doubt regarding a trip to Detroit, as well as another charge following defense arguments regarding a complainant’s motivations. A decision regarding a third complainant is expected on October 2. 2 following a hearing before a different justice.
