The LEGO Group has unveiled a new 2,269-piece collector set recreating the Batmobile from the 1992 film ‘Batman Returns’. Designed for adults, the model features a transformation mechanism where side panels retract to reveal the ‘Batmissile’. The set includes a jet turbine engine, an opening canopy, a detailed cockpit, and a replica of a device used by The Penguin. It also features an exclusive Batman minifigure with a custom-molded cowl and cape. The cape based on Michael Keaton’s updated costume from the movie. LEGO Insiders members can access the set is scheduled for starting September 1, with a general release on scheduled for September 4, 2026, with early access 2026. Pricing for LEGO Insiders beginning September 1 the set is set at a retail price of approximately $229.99. $229.99, €209.99, or £189.99.
