LEGO has introduced new initiatives involving the Marvel franchise. The company announced ‘The Marvel Skyline’ (67006), a microscale set scheduled for release on January 1, 2027, which features iconic locations such as Avengers Tower and the Baxter Building. Further details regarding the Skyline Marvel set reveal it is a 1,261-piece model designed for adult builders, measuring 21 cm in height, 40 cm in width, and 11 cm in depth. The set includes various superhero headquarters, such as the Wakanda Embassy, Pym Laboratories, and the X-Mansion, as well as villain strongholds like Oscorp Industries and Fisk Tower. It also features vehicles including the X-Jet and Spider-Mobile, alongside a Galactus minifigure and a Spider-Man figurine. The set is priced at 99.99 euros. While not a store exclusive, customers pre-ordering through LEGO.com can receive 1,500 Insiders Points instead of the standard 750. Additionally, LEGO announced a design challenge on its LEGO Ideas platform during New York Comic Con. This competition invites fans to create original models that combine elements from both the Marvel and Star Wars franchises, with the possibility of selected designs becoming official products.
