Dominican Professional Baseball League (LIDOM) teams have begun announcing their coaching staff compositions for the 2026-2027 season. On August 23, the Águilas Cibaeñas revealed a staff led by manager Luis ‘Pipe’ Urueta. The roster includes Melky Cabrera as assistant manager and outfield instructor, Yunesky Maya as pitching coach, and Joel Noboa as bench coach.
