Various community and religious events are scheduled for August 2026 in Germany, Romania, and Austria. In Germany, religious communities in Christuskirche and Martin-Luther-Haus have planned joint summer services and a “Welcome Back Party” for August 16. In Austria, Vienna will host a large-scale flea market for baby, children, and women’s second-hand goods at the Marx Halle parking lot on August 16. Lustenau is scheduled to host a night flea market on August 21, followed by a traditional herb market on August 22 featuring workshops and local products. 22. Lienz will also host a moonlight shopping event. In Kronstadt, Romania, the Evangelical Church A. B. has announced musical performances by organist Gerald Fink and Ensemble Tesserae in mid-August, alongside the Bartholomäus-Fest festival scheduled for the weekend of August 21–23.
