Local cultural and heritage events in France

Various local cultural and heritage events are scheduled across France throughout September and October 2026.

In Beauregard, the association PAMTRA will host a traditional threshing festival on September 19 and 20 to showcase historical agricultural techniques and machinery. Similarly, the Maison Tartugo in Carnoules will open to the public during the European Heritage Days on September 19 and 20, offering a look at architectural and social history dating back to 1850.

Automotive enthusiasts have several gatherings planned. Girmont-Val-d’Ajol will host a mechanical garage sale and vehicle rally on September 13, while Sablonnières will feature an exhibition of vintage cars, tractors, and motorcycles on the same day.

Music and social inclusion also feature in upcoming schedules. The 20th anniversary of the La Poule Des Champs festival in Auberive recently concluded with performances by artists such as Gaëtan Roussel and Matmatah. Looking ahead to October 4, L’Arbresle will host an inclusive motorcycle day organized by the associations Première Inclusion Handicap and Les Bécanes du Cœur, providing adapted motorcycle experiences for people with disabilities.
