Country music artist Luke Bryan is preparing for the September 18 release of his ninth studio album, ‘Signs’. Bryan has characterized the project as his “most personal work to date”. Recent updates have detailed the album's tracklist, which includes the single ‘Country And She Knows It’ and the track ‘Down Goes the Whiskey’. The latter has gained social media traction on platforms like TikTok, where listeners have noted lyrical similarities to the children’s tune ‘Pop Goes the Weasel’. Ahead of the full album launch, Bryan has released several preview tracks, including ‘Word On The Street’, ‘Fish Hunt Golf Drink’, and the newly released ballad ‘Made It A Memory’, which was co-written by Matt Alderman, Jamie Paulin, and Shane Profitt. The album will conclude with a collaboration titled ‘Finders Keepers’ featuring Luke Combs. Bryan noted a long-standing interest in working with Combs, describing the recording process as an “immediate connection” upon hearing the song. While no official performance date has been set for the duet, Bryan indicated an intention to find the “right moment” to perform it live, leading to speculation that the duo may debut the track at the CMA Awards in November. Additionally, Bryan mentioned that some of the new music has already been heard informally by his son Bo’s high school football teammates during visits to the family home.
