The Community of Madrid continues to advance digital innovation and literacy through regional initiatives. The region promotes startup growth via the Top101 Spain Up Nation awards, which recognize companies with high growth potential and social impact. Complementing these efforts, the Digitaliza Madrid project has expanded through the Digitaliza Madrid Innovation Center and a network of Digital Training Centers (CCD). The Innovation Center has hosted over 760 technological events, including workshops on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, while the CCD network has provided digital skills training to nearly 3,000 citizens in topics such as electronic signatures, virtual reality, and 3D printing. Educational efforts have expanded with the TalentIA program, a free artificial intelligence training initiative developed in partnership with Microsoft. The program, which program has seen now reached a milestone of training over 10,890 participants across 149 municipalities, provides 10,000 residents in Artificial Intelligence, providing official Microsoft accreditation to students, professionals, and the unemployed. Building on these digital foundations, the region is now expanding the ROBIC program to ten public schools. This initiative utilizes social robotics and artificial intelligence to support students with special educational needs, such as autism.
