Recent episodes have highlighted various business challenges, such as the restaurant ‘Pierwsza Polka’ in Gliwice, which faced significant debt and poor infrastructure. In Chorzów, the ‘Frelka i Hanys’ bistro is also undergoing an intervention to address 315,000 PLN in debt. This visit has been marked by tension, as the owner, Danuta, expressed skepticism regarding Gessler’s expertise in Silesian cuisine, stating that the restaurateur is ‘not an authority on the local culinary tradition’, while her son, Nikolas, remains hopeful that the program will save the business. In Krynica-Zdrój, Gessler has filmed a transformation of the pizzeria Al Ciapone on Kraszewskiego Street. Following an initial tasting that reportedly did not meet Gessler's expectations, the establishment is undergoing extensive changes to its menu, interior decor, and name. The restaurant is scheduled to reopen under a new identity, with the episode planned for broadcast in March 2027.
