Maison Bonnard public openings in Vernon

Overview

The Maison Bonnard in Vernon, France, is hosting exceptional public openings to showcase the home and garden of the modern painter Pierre Bonnard. These guided tours, scheduled from late October through early December, provide a rare look into the environment that inspired his work.

As part of the SPOT festival, the site features an installation by artist Flora Moscovici. This immersive work utilizes color and light to create a dialogue between contemporary art and the painter’s heritage, specifically connecting modern installation with the Impressionist heritage of the Seine landscapes.
