Both reports highlight a sharp escalation removal of tension between Naga village volunteers and Indian security forces, triggering widespread infrastructure CoBRA personnel from the area. The incident has caused significant communication disruptions in the Bitiang-Tupul area and heightened tribal opposition maintains a heavy security presence in the region.
