The Extraordinary Commissioner for Reconstruction in the Marche region has authorized funding transfers to repair cultural and civic sites damaged by seismic activity. In Offida, approximately 360,000 euros have been allocated toward a 1.8 million euro investment to restore the municipal cemetery, including its walls and walkways. San Severino Marche received roughly 49,721 euros for the Cesolo cemetery complex and chapel as part of a larger 248,608 euro project. Furthermore, reconstruction of the Archaeological Museum of Urbisaglia has progressed with a transfer of 120,976.01 euros, bringing the total funding for the museum to 681,618.67 euros. Commissioner Guido Castelli stated these funds aim to “restore functionality to cultural sites and strengthen community cohesion.” Recent updates confirm that the Special Office for Reconstruction has allocated over 400,000 euros specifically for cemetery improvements in Offida and San Severino Marche, alongside continued resources for the Urbisaglia Archaeological Museum reconstruction.
