Major toy manufacturers continue to expand their lineups of Marvel-themed collectible action figures. Bandai Tamashii Nations previously released a Wolverine figure as part of its S.H. Figuarts Gamerverse series. Following this, Hasbro announced additions to its Marvel Legends Series, including a Build-A-Figure set and Player 3 variants inspired by classic video games. During recent Hasbro Pulse Fanstreams, the company unveiled a new wave of 6-inch-scale Marvel Legends figures. This includes a retro-style collection inspired by ‘Spider-Man: The Animated Series’ featuring characters such as Aunt May, Mary Jane Watson, Smythe, and Carnage in blister packaging. A Spider-Man (Marvel Holiday Special) figure is scheduled for pre-order starting September 23. Other comic-inspired additions include a 2012 Hawkeye, a Doom Suit Spider-Man, Captain America (Earth X), Elektra, Elsa Bloodstone, and Acroyear from the Micronauts. Many of these figures feature specialized accessories like miniature plastic comic book covers. These items are scheduled for pre-order on October 6, with availability expected in Fall 2026. Additionally, Hasbro announced a Pulse exclusive Gargantos (Player 2 Variant) from the Marvel Games series. This series, a deluxe 6-inch scale figure, which measures 22 inches wide and features poseable bendy wire tentacles, is figure priced at approximately $64.99. Hasbro has since expanded its Marvel Legends collections further with lines inspired by ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, featuring Beast (with a likeness of Kelsey Grammer), Nightcrawler, and a concept art version of Lord Doom. X-Men themed expansions include an ‘Astonishing X-Men’ inspired Cyclops and Wolverine 2-pack, as well as an ‘X-Men ’97’ wave containing characters such as Death Gambit, Jean Grey, Havok, Polaris, and Vindicator. Finally, a Hasbro Pulse exclusive 2-pack featuring Spider-Man and Rhino, inspired by the Disney+ series ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’, has been announced.
