Major toy manufacturers are expanding their lineups of Marvel-themed collectible action figures. Bandai Tamashii Nations released a Wolverine figure as part of its S.H. Figuarts Gamerverse series, alongside a broader pre-order catalog featuring various sub-brands. Following this, Hasbro announced new additions to its Marvel Legends Series, including a Build-A-Figure set with characters such as U.S. Agent, Lady Deadpool, and Ultimate Wolverine. Hasbro also revealed Player 3 variants inspired by classic Marvel video games, specifically featuring Wolverine and Psylocke. During a recent Hasbro Pulse Fanstream, Hasbro unveiled further 6-inch-scale Marvel Legends figures. This new wave includes a retro-style collection inspired by ‘Spider-Man: The Animated Series’ featuring characters like Aunt May, Mary Jane Watson, Smythe, and Carnage in blister packaging. The announcement also featured a Spider-Man (Marvel Holiday Special) figure for pre-order, as well as figures based on specific comic iterations, such as a 2012 Hawkeye, a Doom Suit Spider-Man, Captain America (Earth X), and Elektra. Other additions include Elsa Bloodstone and Acroyear from the Micronauts, with several figures coming with specialized accessories like miniature plastic comic book covers.
