NetEase Games and Marvel Games have released a series of updates for the hero shooter Marvel Rivals. Season 10 introduced the ‘The Godbomb’ Battle Pass, featuring the character Gorr the God Butcher and various cosmetic skins. This update also included rumored improvements to player moderation through a potential ‘Report System 2.0’ designed to provide more context for player reports. ~~Following this,~~ Season 10.5 ~~was announced,~~ is scheduled ~~for~~ to launch on October 9. This five-week season focuses on new game modes and seasonal events rather than adding new characters to the roster. The update introduces the ‘Path to ~~Doomsday – Avengers:~~ Doomsday: Avengers Infinity War’ mode, a 2v2 PvP ~~mode, followed by an ‘Avengers:~~ experience set in Wakanda that features randomized upgrades and Infinity Stones to grant players powerful abilities. On October 22, the season will transition into the ‘Path to Doomsday: Avengers Endgame’ phase. This phase introduces a massive 50-player cooperative PvE mode where players battle against Thanos’s army.
