Mexico and Argentina have established new frameworks for scientific and educational cooperation. Through an agreement between Mexico’s Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation (Secihti) and the University of Buenos Aires, the nations aim to facilitate postgraduate scholarships and joint research in sectors including health technologies, energy transition, and food sovereignty. In Mexico, the National Institute for Adult Education (INEA) partnered with the Agrarian Prosecutor's Office to provide literacy and basic education services to approximately 5.5 million people in communal areas. Additionally, Mexican academic institutions are expanding professional networks through alliances with government agencies and organizations to provide internship opportunities for students in various scientific and social disciplines. Recent academic exchange programs have furthered these international connections. Students from the Universidad Tecnológica de Corregidora and UT San Juan participated in an international training program in Argentina, coordinated with the University of Buenos Aires, to study productive developments and public policy. Meanwhile, mobility programs involving institutions in Chile and Argentina have facilitated the sharing of expertise in electrical power system simulation and energy transition research.
