The Miami Spice culinary program, celebrating its 25th anniversary, has seen record participation with over 400 establishments across Miami-Dade. The event features three-course prix-fixe menus, with lunch and brunch priced at $40 and dinner options ranging from $50 to $65. A premium ‘Reserve’ tier also offers tasting menus starting at $95. Participating venues have highlighted diverse offerings, such as Asian-inspired dishes at Sugar at EAST Miami, Michelin-recommended menus at Beauty & the Butcher, and specific items like Black Angus tacos at The Mexican on Brickell Key. In Miami Beach, the Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar and Grill at the Plymouth Hotel has hosted a sweepstakes for customers, offering a chance to win a three-night hotel stay and a sake tasting experience. Originally scheduled to conclude in September, the program has been extended through October 31 to further support the local hospitality industry during slower periods. The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau noted the extension provides an additional month for residents and visitors to access these menus in Greater Miami and Miami Beach. While many restaurants continue their participation through the extension, a full updated lineup for October is expected to be published on October 1. Participating locations include venues in the Upper East Side, Aventura, and Miami Beach, such as Jaya at The Setai and Ocean Grill. Uber Eats remains the exclusive partner for delivery and takeout promotions.
