Furthermore, the Morebús project emphasizes universal accessibility, featuring low floors, folding ramps, and tactile signage to comply with disability rights legislation and serve over 300,000 residents. In Morelia, environmental authorities are currently implementing technical measures to ensure the survival of trees transplanted during the construction of the Morebús transit system. These efforts include specialized soil preparation, nutrient application, and constant monitoring to mitigate transplant stress.
