The Miss Universe Italy 2026 competition ~~has progressed to its final stage~~ concluded in San Ferdinando di ~~Puglia.~~ Puglia with the crowning of Giada Folcia. A 36-year-old model from Monza, Folcia emerged victorious from a group of 21 finalists during the national final held at Villa Cafiero. Folcia’s victory grants her the opportunity to represent Italy at the Miss Universe global finals, which are scheduled to take place in Puerto Rico. Following ~~preliminary tests involving~~ her win, she expressed her intention to use her platform for social advocacy, specifically focusing on women’s rights, raising awareness against violence against women, and supporting vulnerable children and those undergoing long-term hospitalizations.
