Capcom and TiMi Studio Group have announced that the free-to-play mobile title Monster Hunter Outlanders will launch globally on October 29, 2026, for iOS and Android devices. Developed under Capcom’s license and supervision, the game features in-app purchases. While the global release is set for late 2026, the version for mainland China is scheduled to arrive in 2027. Set in the open world of Aesoland, the game integrates traditional hunting mechanics with survival, resource gathering, and base building. Players can utilize an Adventurer system to switch between characters with unique skills, alongside classic weapons such as the Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, and Charge Blade. ~~A trailer presented during the Tokyo Game Show showcased gameplay featuring creatures like the Azure Rathalos and~~ The game includes original content, such as the Elder Dragon Ruger ~~Aidal.~~ Aidal and new companions like Rutaco and Trillan. To support various skill levels, the game ~~will offer two~~ offers optimized control schemes: a ‘Classic’ mode for experienced players and an ‘Adventure’ mode designed to assist newcomers. Players can engage in hunting either solo or in cooperative teams of up to four. Pre-registration is currently open on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
