The Montenegrin Special State Prosecution (SDT) has initiated criminal proceedings against four individuals linked to a 2020 attempted murder and a criminal organization. Radosav and Saša Stanišić are accused of attempting to kill Igor Krstović, a member of the Skaljari Balkan narcotics cartel, in Zeta. Prosecutors allege the attack, which involved at least 28 projectiles fired at a vehicle, was ordered by Radoje Živković Žuti and Milan Vujotić. Raško and Radmila Džankić are suspected of aiding the perpetrators by providing shelter and assisting in their transport across the Montenegrin border. Following a hearing in Podgorica, the four suspects were ordered into 30-day detention. Investigators reportedly used messages from the Sky encrypted communication application to identify the suspects.
