Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović visited schools in Ulcinj to discuss educational investment and youth opportunities. During visits to the ‘Boško Strugar’ and ‘Maršal Tito’ elementary schools, parents of first-grade students raised grievances regarding teacher qualifications. Parents reported that thirteen children had been unable to attend classes for nearly two weeks. They requested a teacher with formal education in the CSBH language, specifying that their concern pertains to the teacher’s academic background. The parents noted they had previously sought assistance from the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation and the educational inspection. During the visit, Milatović met with the group of parents from ‘Maršal Tito’ elementary school, specifically regarding thirteen students in class I-2. The President noted that he is not the relevant authority to resolve specific language proficiency issues.
