On 24 July 2026 AC Monza defeated Galatasaray 2‑0 at Linz’s Raiffeisen Arena in the Summer Series Upper Austria pre‑season tournament. Andrea Carboni opened the scoring with a header in the 23rd minute and Patrick Cutrone added a second‑half goal in the 49th minute after a set‑piece.
