Municipal council activities in Croatia and Bosnia and Herz
Overview
Municipal councils in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have been conducting various administrative and ceremonial sessions.
In mid-October, councils in Drenovci and Tomislavgrad scheduled sessions to address regional matters. The Tomislavgrad agenda included topics such as the sale of construction land, the extension of an integrated development strategy, joining the Mayors Pact for Climate and Energy, and student transportation subsidies.
Later in the month, councils in Ravna Gora and Žepče held ceremonial sessions to mark municipality days. In Ravna Gora, officials reviewed completed projects and presented public awards, with discussions focusing on infrastructure and economic development to retain youth in the Gorski Kotar region. In Žepče, leadership addressed living conditions and pronatalist policies, including incentives for real estate and co-financing for kindergartens, while noting municipal economic data and plans for new business zones.
