NSW Police are investigating a series of alleged sexual offences occurring on walking trails near Narrabeen Lagoon. Between October 1 and October 12, at least six reports were received involving a man who allegedly approached women, sexually touched them, and fled on an e-bike. In one reported instance, the suspect also made inappropriate sexual comments. Authorities have established Strike Force Mexvo to determine if the attacks are linked to a single offender. Police have released CCTV images of a suspect described as a Caucasian male, believed to be under 25 years old, approximately 175cm tall, and of medium build. On October 16, NSW Police arrested a 13-year-old boy in connection with the multiple alleged sexual offences occurring on the Northern Beaches walking trails. Investigators from Strike Force Mexvo continue to work through the reports to determine if the various incidents are linked.
