A week later, on 1 August 2026, Netflix published a broader “all‑time best series” ranking compiled with Rolling Stone. This list highlighted long‑running hits such as *Stranger Things*, *The Crown*, *Dark*, *Orange Is the New Black*, *BoJack Horseman*, *House of Cards*, *Squid Game* and *Wednesday*, while also noting newer titles like *Adolescence*, *Beef* and the historical miniseries *Death By Lightning*. The second release framed the rankings as evidence of Netflix’s strategy to invest in strong brands, international storytelling and high‑production values to shape the streaming market.
