Directed by Emmy winner Mary Robertson, the production intends to provide an in-depth look at the life and career of the late ‘Friends’ star, exploring his journey from an aspiring comedian to global stardom. The series will utilize previously unreleased personal archives from the Perry family, including childhood footage, private photographs, and unreleased audio interviews. A central voice in the documentary will be the actor’s sister, psychotherapist Mia Perry Bowick, who will provide testimonies regarding his life, his rise to fame as Chandler Bing, and his personal struggles with addiction.
