Netmarble has implemented several updates and expansions for its dark fantasy MMORPG, Raven 2. In August, the company launched the ‘Special Task Force Appreciation Festival’ and the second season of ‘Battle World,’ which allowed players from Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan to compete in a shared environment. This update also introduced new hunting grounds, expanded growth systems, and additional equipment slots. Following these updates, Netmarble opened pre-registration for a new ‘ZERO’ server scheduled to launch on September 15. This fresh-start server aims to reduce progression pressure and competitive stress through the ‘Farming Crystal’ system, which offers increased experience gains and higher equipment drop rates. ~~To support~~ On September 15, the ~~launch,~~ ZERO server officially launched with a unique ruleset designed to lower barriers for new and returning players. The server features a simplified progression structure that excludes Mythic-grade Summons and Awakenings, alongside adjusted combat balance. To encourage participation in boss encounters, Netmarble designated certain areas as ‘Peace Zones’ where player killing (PK) is ~~offering special starter packages and various limited-time events~~ disabled. Launch rewards for ~~both new~~ the ZERO server include 550 Summon Scrolls, Legendary Holy Garments, and various milestone chests. To support players on existing ~~players.~~ servers, Netmarble also introduced the ‘Legendary Festival,’ providing 330 Summon Scrolls, Legendary rewards, and upgraded growth events.
