New luxury all-inclusive resorts are scheduled to open in the Cancun and Riviera Maya regions of Mexico. In August 2026, it was announced that the Amàre Cancún Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, managed by Fuerte Group Hotels, would begin accepting reservations for an October 31, 2026, debut in Cancun’s Hotel Zone. The beachfront property is expected to feature 429 suites and amenities such as rooftop pools and multiple dining venues. Following this, plans were detailed for the Finest Riviera Cancun, a luxury all-inclusive resort under The Excellence Collection. Located in Puerto Morelos, the property is scheduled to open on February 11, 2027, and will offer 435 suites designed for families and couples. The resort is intended to provide dual experiences through the all-ages Finest Club and the adults-only Excellence Club, which includes private pools and dedicated lounges. Additionally, Park Hyatt is expanding into the all-inclusive segment with the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya, scheduled to open in November 2026. Situated in the AMAI enclave between Cancun and Puerto Morelos, the resort will feature 148 guest rooms and suites overlooking the Caribbean Sea, with a design emphasis on regional Mexican artistry and local materials.
