On September 29, the game officially released on Steam. Developed by ION LANDS and published by 505 Games, the title features an open-world setting where players manage businesses, such as food stalls or nightclubs, while engaging in activities like decorating apartments, fishing, and building relationships. Set in the same ocean-based metropolis as ‘Cloudpunk’, the game allows players to live as ordinary citizens rather than couriers. Gameplay includes sourcing ingredients through farming or fishing and interacting with over 130 characters. The city can be explored via foot, public transit, taxis, or boats.

Following the launch, some early player feedback has noted performance issues on high-end hardware, alongside requests for improved navigation and the user interface. An Epic Games Store version is planned for a future release.
