The family of Irish-born fashion designer Martha Nolan-O'Slatarra has filed a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit in New York Supreme Court against investor Christopher Durnan. The legal action follows the death of the 33-year-old East x East founder aboard Durnan’s luxury yacht, Ripple, in Montauk on the night of August 4-5, 2025. The lawsuit alleges that Durnan engaged in assault, gross negligence, recklessness, and wanton conduct.
