Mihailova has stated that her physical condition is “deteriorating daily.” During recent hearings, expert witness Zoran Joševski testified that Mihailova’s vehicle entered the oncoming lane by approximately 90 centimeters. Bulgarian President Iliana Jotova has indicated she will raise the matter with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
