The Educational and Cultural Foundation of Nova Iguaçu (FENIG) has opened registration for the Municipal Handicraft Program. Local artisans must apply by October 16 to obtain or update credentials, a credentials. To qualify, applicants must reside in Nova Iguaçu and provide proof of residency.
