Nubank Parque branding and recognition

Nubank Parque, the stadium of the Brazilian football club Palmeiras, has gained international recognition as a premier venue for musical performances. The UK-based IQ Magazine named it the sole Brazilian representative in its ‘Stadium Stars 2026’ list, which identifies 20 global sports stadiums as benchmarks for hosting major concerts based on infrastructure, acoustics, and fan experience.

Following this recognition, Nubank has focused on establishing its naming rights for the arena, which succeeded the Allianz Parque era. To promote the new identity, the digital bank launched a marketing campaign featuring content creator Fred Bruno.

However, the physical branding of the venue is currently facing regulatory challenges in São Paulo. Nubank has submitted a new signage project to the City Hall, which is awaiting approval from the Urban Landscape Protection Commission (CPPU). To comply with the ‘Lei Cidade Limpa’ (Clean City Law) regarding external illuminated panels, the bank has modified its proposal to use non-illuminated signs rather than the LED or electronic displays previously rejected. The Municipal Secretariat of Urbanism and Licensing has requested further documentation to proceed with the analysis.
