ONLYOFFICE has released its major autumn update, version 10.0, which integrates context-aware artificial intelligence tools into its document, spreadsheet, presentation, and PDF editors across online, desktop, and mobile platforms. The update features a dedicated AI tab with a built-in chat for drafting, summarizing, translating, and formatting content. Organizations can manage AI usage by selecting models based on cost and speed, with cloud users accessing AI via OpenRouter and server deployments able to connect to local models to keep data within existing infrastructure. New modular applications include AI Agents for automated workspace tasks and intelligent reasoning, Forms for data collection, Files for centralized storage, and Rooms for secure collaboration. Additional enhancements include automatic table recognition and metadata removal in the PDF editor, alongside improved real-time co-authoring and right-to-left support in the Document Editor. This version includes approximately 50 new features and over 1,000 fixes. It also features a significant security refresh that addresses roughly 35 vulnerabilities. The suite maintains its existing licensing structure, with the Community Edition remaining free under AGPLv3.
