Organ procurement operations have been conducted at various hospitals in Brazil during 2026. Efforts to address shortages have intensified through the ‘Setembro Verde’ campaign, promoted via a campaign. On September 11, the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), in partnership between Fundação with the Pró-Rim and Foundation, launched the Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) ‘Um Sim pela Vida’ campaign during the 27th round of the Brasileirão matches. In Maricá, the Hospital Municipal Dr. Ernesto Che Guevara facilitated the donation of kidneys, liver, bones, and ocular tissue for the SUS transplant network.
