Orion Beer Chiikawa collaboration in Japan

In July 2026 Orion Beer introduced a limited‑edition, non‑alcoholic beverage called Orion Clear Free, packaged in 350 ml cans featuring artwork from the popular manga “Chiikawa”. The cans, adorned with Okinawan motifs such as the Shisa statue and kuri‑manju, were made available nationwide on 28 July 2026 through the company’s online store, regional outlets and selected department‑store partners.

A few days later, on the same launch date, Orion expanded the partnership to apparel, releasing a two‑design T‑shirt line that also incorporated Chiikawa characters and local symbols. The shirts were sold in limited quantities via the online shop and select stores in Okinawa and other cities, priced at ¥4,950 each. Concurrently, the Kanto‑Okinawa Business Association marked its 60th anniversary, holding a ceremony in Tokyo where about 180 participants toasted with Orion Beer, highlighting the company’s role in strengthening Okinawan‑Kanto business ties.
