Legal and financial disputes between Pamela López and Cueva

The relationship between influencer Pamela López and footballer Christian Cueva has evolved from personal tensions into complex legal and property disputes. While López previously noted an improvement in their co-parenting dynamics following a medical emergency involving their son, significant financial and legal conflicts remain.

López continues to seek the resolution of an 80,000 soles debt owed by Cueva to her mother, Beatriz Solórzano, describing it as her mother’s ‘hard-earned money.’ She has publicly called upon Cueva’s partner, Pamela Franco, to assist in settling this amount.

New legal complications have emerged regarding housing security for López’s three children. López has questioned the legitimacy of a property in Trujillo, previously shared with Cueva, which is currently registered under third parties. She expressed concern that the lack of a home registered in their names leaves the children without stable support. Additionally, López denied claims of financial dependency on Cueva, stating her personal expenses exceed the child support she receives.

In a recent legal development, a court nullified a process initiated by Cueva against Solórzano, who had been accused of parental alienation following a dispute over access to one of Cueva’s daughters. López defended her mother against these accusations, suggesting Cueva may have been ‘poorly influenced’ to take such legal action.

Regarding their personal lives, López has confirmed her relationship with producer Franco Portales, who resides in Miami. Cueva has declined to comment on the romance, maintaining his focus on a positive co-parenting relationship following their August 2024 separation.
