PAOK BC ~~has finalized~~ is advancing its long-term organizational goals through the ~~composition~~ development of ~~its~~ a new, modern training center in Thessaloniki. Recent visual updates from the club show progress on the facility, specifically noting the installation of roofing and domes. In tandem with these infrastructure developments, the club has formalized the coaching staff ~~to support~~ supporting head coach Andrea Trinchieri as part of a ~~new~~ three-year ~~development~~ strategic plan. ~~Building on the earlier appointment of Giorgos Dedas, the club has added Max Menetti as a~~ The technical team includes primary assistant ~~coach. Menetti brings extensive European basketball experience and a prior working relationship with Trinchieri from Zalgiris Kaunas. Andrija Adelice also joins the staff, having~~ Max Menetti, who previously worked with Trinchieri at ~~Zalgiris. The technical team includes~~ Zalgiris Kaunas, alongside Giorgos Dedas, Charalambos Karaiskos, ~~a long-standing member of the coaching staff for ten years,~~ and ~~Vangelis Margaritis, who serves as~~ Andrius Andeltis. Player ~~Development Coach alongside~~ development continues under Vangelis Margaritis and Stavros ~~Chatzipetrou.
