In early July 2026 Pearl Abyss released delivered a major update for Black Desert Mobile, adding Mobile patch that introduced the Transcendent Class system system, merging Ascension and Awakening paths, expanding skill levels to 20 and adding new customization items and graphic settings. The rollout coincided with update launched on July 7 and was promoted alongside the Heidel Banquet livestream on July 11 and a follow‑up separate PC/console event on July 25. At the Heidel Ball anniversary celebration in Irvine, California, the company announced the 32nd playable class for Black Desert Online – Agent – a hybrid fighter wielding equipped with a revolver, tactical grenades and a “hexround” projectile. Early access began on July 29, with a global PC launch slated shortly thereafter, and the event also previewed new territories and end‑game challenges. The Agent class officially launched worldwide launch on July 30, alongside accompanied by the HyperBoost progression system that directs players toward targets a combined Attack Power and Defense Power score of 730, unlocking core content more quickly. Pearl Abyss used the launch 730 to outline accelerate access to core content. The event also outlined a long‑term roadmap, including future regions, roadmap featuring new territories, technical upgrades and the forthcoming Edania Part 2 expansion, which will conclude the first major story arc and introduce new accessory types. These developments illustrate expansion. On August 5 Pearl Abyss’s coordinated expansion of gameplay features across both mobile and PC/console Abyss released a follow‑up update for Black Desert titles, supported by a series Mobile that removed seven recurring activities (Murrowak Labyrinth, Mirage, Tower of Heidel‑branded events Trials, Castle of Nightmares, Tax Wagon, Guild Elite Raid, Guild Rush), redistributed pending rewards and restructured PvP events, alternating Black Sun and Night of Vengeful Souls on weekends while doubling weekly rewards. The same day a clear free console patch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S rolled out, adding the Agent class and HyperBoost to those platforms and making the content roadmap. available to all players, including PlayStation Plus subscribers.
