New multidisciplinary performing arts productions have debuted across Latin America, spanning circus, theater, and immersive experiences. In Chile and Mexico, recent debuts include the contemporary circus production ‘Sismo’ in Chile, produced by Colectivo Artístico Circo Virtual in co-production with GAM. In Mexico, Circo Atayde has debuted at Foro Boca, blending traditional circus with contemporary theater. In Argentina, Las Chicas de la Obra is presenting ‘Casas Abiertas’ at Teatro ATTP in Santa Rosa, exploring memory and political prisoners from the 1970s.
