Philippines healthcare professional licensure results

Overview

In late 2026, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in the Philippines released results for two major healthcare licensure examinations.

In August, the results for the Medical Technologists Licensure Examination (MTLE) were announced, showing that 4,204 examinees passed. Marty Angela Janagap Policarpio from the University of San Agustin earned the highest rating of 92.90 percent, while De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute was named the top-performing school with a 98.59 percent passing rate.

Following this, the PRC released the August-September 2026 Nurses Licensure Examination results on September 18. Of the 37,359 examinees, 28,652 passed, yielding a national passing rate of 76.69 percent. Silliman University achieved a 100 percent passing rate among its 79 first-time examinees. The PRC also noted that results for 21 examinees were withheld pending investigations into liabilities under licensure rules.
