The Philips OLED911 television has received positive reviews for its image quality, high HDR brightness, and sound reproduction, which features an integrated soundbar developed by Bowers & Wilkins. While praised for its four-sided Ambilight system, testers noted limitations such as the lack of USB recording and the absence of certain apps. Following these reviews, Philips announced new OLED television models, including the flagship OLED+951 and the 83-inch 83OLED811/12. The high-end OLED+951 utilizes a Tandem OLED panel with a 165Hz refresh rate and the P5 AI Dual Engine video processor; it is among the first to support the Dolby Vision 2 Max HDR standard. The mid-range 83-inch model features three-sided Ambilight and Ambilight, the Titan OS operating system, and support for Matter and Control4 smart home standards, with an expected release in the first quarter of 2027. Additionally, the 65-inch 65OLED911 model has seen significant price reductions in certain markets. Through promotional codes and rebates, the unit has been available for approximately 2,131 euros, down from an original price of 2,750 euros. This model includes a 165 Hz refresh rate and features such as Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM).
