Pogoń Szczecin has initiated legal action through the FIFA Tribunal against the Romanian club CFR Cluj. The complaint stems from unpaid transfer fees related to the permanent transfer of player Marian Huja in early July. Managing director Tan Kesler noted that the payment deadline for the approximately 250,000 euro fee has passed. While the dispute continues, reports suggest Huja may move to the Moroccan club Raja Casablanca for approximately 350,000 euros.
