Pokémon merchandise releases in Japan

New Pokémon-themed merchandise is being released in Japan through various collaborations and collections.

Re-Ment announced two miniature figure series: the ‘Pokémon Journey with You! Anniversary: The Beginning of Adventure’ collection, featuring starter Pokémon from the Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn regions, and the ‘Pokémon Rain Drop Collection’ scheduled for February 2027, which features dioramas in raindrop-shaped cases. In a separate collaboration, the lifestyle retailer 3COINS is launching a 62-item collection on October 10 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of ‘Pokémon Red and Green’. The lineup includes retro-style stationery, tableware, bags, and umbrellas. Due to expected demand, stores will use a lottery system for entry and implement purchase limits.
