Poland agricultural data collection and fairs

Overview

In June 2026, Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) began an integrated survey of agricultural holdings in Debrzno using form R‑SGR. The data collection, which runs until 14 August 2026, aims to compile detailed information on farm structure, production, and other indicators for national statistics and policy planning.

Parallel to these data collection efforts, the agricultural sector is preparing for two major events in September 2026. The Warmian‑Masurian Agricultural Advisory Center (WMODR) will host the agroWARMA Autumn Fair on 5–6 September at the Gryźliny airfield. Director Mateusz Cygan noted the event expects over 200 exhibitors and approximately 40,000 visitors to showcase livestock, renewable energy solutions, and regional food.

Following this, the 27th International Agricultural Exhibition, AGRO SHOW, will take place from 18–20 September in Bednary near Poznań. Organized by the Polish Chamber of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment, AGRO SHOW is recognized as one of Europe’s largest international agricultural exhibitions. The event facilitates business relations between farmers and suppliers from Europe and Asia. This year’s program includes field demonstrations of sprayers and loaders, Tractor Pulling Polska, and the final of the ‘Student na Medal’ technical competition for university students.
